Applicants are invited to submit full project proposals under four sub-programmes:
- Nature and Biodiversity (full proposals due by September 19)
- Circular Economy and Quality of Life (full proposals due by September 19)
- Clean Energy Transition (full proposals due by September 19)
- Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation (full proposals due by September 17)
- Project submissions are managed through the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal.

From April 23 to April 26, the EC will host LIFE INFO Days, providing an in-depth overview of this year’s call. Additionally, a Latvian LIFE INFO Day is planned for May, with details to follow soon.
Free consultations for Latvian applicants
Applicants preparing submissions are encouraged to take advantage of free consultations offered by LIFE Help Desk experts. These consultations help define the problem to be addressed, identify the most suitable LIFE sub-programme, and clarify any questions about the LIFE Programme.
Consultations can be arranged on any online platform and are available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM by prior appointment, either via phone or email.
