We are very happy that you will join us in Riga this September and we are looking forward to an enriching and collaborative event!
Currently, our team is in the process of planning the event and we would like to draw your attention to the following points:

Preferences for the excursion routes and thematic sessions: we kindly ask you to fill out the online form to let us know your preferences for the excursion routes and thematic sessions. The number of places in each excursion and session is limited, but we will try to accommodate your preferences. Please complete this form by August 9, 2024.
- Speed dating session: our event will feature a speed dating session for LIFE projects, providing each project team with the opportunity to network with other participants. To ensure this session is as productive and enjoyable as possible for everyone, we ask each project to complete this form by August 15, 2024;
- Participation fee payment: during the month of August, you will have access to a payment platform which will generate invoices. You will be able to submit the necessary project details that the invoice needs to include.
