Latvija ir pirm\u0101 no Baltijas valst\u012bm, kur izstr\u0101d\u0101ti nacion\u0101lie SEG emisiju faktori apsaimniekotiem mitr\u0101jiem, k\u0101 ar\u012b da\u013cai no organiskaj\u0101m augsn\u0113m lauksaimniec\u012bbas un me\u017ea zem\u0113s.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLatvija ir ar k\u016bdras resursiem bag\u0101ta valsts, bet k\u016bdra purvos un cit\u0101s organiskaj\u0101s augsn\u0113s ir viena no liel\u0101kaj\u0101m siltumn\u012bcefekta g\u0101zu (oglek\u013ca) kr\u0101tuv\u0113m &ndash; uzskata, ka glob\u0101li organiskaj\u0101s augsn\u0113s ir &ldquo;noglab\u0101ta&rdquo; apm\u0113ram viena tre&scaron;da\u013ca no zemes atmosf\u0113ras oglek\u013ca apjoma. Latvij\u0101 emisijas no organiskaj\u0101m augsn\u0113m ir 50-60% no vis\u0101m nacion\u0101laj\u0101 SEG inventariz\u0101cijas zi\u0146ojum\u0101 uzskait\u012btaj\u0101m emisij\u0101m.<\/p>\n<div>\n\t<strong>Nacion\u0101lie SEG emisiju faktori<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n\tM\u0113rot siltumn\u012bcefekta g\u0101zu emisijas apsaimniekotos k\u016bdr\u0101jos Latvij\u0101 divu gadu period\u0101, projekts LIFE REstore &ldquo;Degrad\u0113tu purvu atbild\u012bga apsaimnieko&scaron;ana un ilgtsp\u0113j\u012bga izmanto&scaron;ana Latvij\u0101&rdquo;, atbilsto&scaron;i Klimata p\u0101rmai\u0146u starpvald\u012bbu padomes (IPCC) vadl\u012bnij\u0101m, aprob\u0113jis SEG emisiju uzskaites metodolo\u0123iju un izstr\u0101d\u0101jis nacion\u0101los emisiju faktorus liel\u0101kajai da\u013cai SEG emisiju pamatavotu apsaimniekotos mitr\u0101jos, k\u0101 ar\u012b aramzem\u0113m, z\u0101l\u0101jiem un me\u017eaudz\u0113m uz organisk\u0101m augsn\u0113m, t\u0101pat ar\u012b b\u016btiski uzlabojis telpisko inform\u0101ciju par apsaimniekotiem mitr\u0101jiem, piem\u0113ram, sniedz datus par zemes izmanto&scaron;anu k\u016bdras ieguvei kop&scaron; 1990. gada. Latvijas gad\u012bjum\u0101 mitr\u0101ju apsaimnieko&scaron;anas rad\u012bt\u0101s SEG emisijas, it \u012bpa&scaron;i saist\u012bb\u0101 ar k\u016bdras ieguvi,&nbsp; b\u016btiski ietekm\u0113s ZIZIMM sektora un valsts kop\u0113jo SEG emisiju m\u0113r\u0137u sasnieg&scaron;anu 2030. gad\u0101. &Scaron;obr\u012bd mitr\u0101ju apsaimnieko&scaron;ana nav ietverta klimata izmai\u0146u mazin\u0101&scaron;anas m\u0113r\u0137os, t\u0101p\u0113c par t\u0101m zi\u0146o Klimata konvencijas ietvaros, bet s\u0101kot ar 2026. gadu ar\u012b mitr\u0101ju apsaimnieko&scaron;anai b\u016bs noteikta SEG emisiju robe\u017ev\u0113rt\u012bba. Valstis, kur\u0101s tr\u016bkst zin\u0101&scaron;anu par k\u0101du no SEG emisiju kategorij\u0101m, emisiju uzskaitei izmanto starptautiski noteiktos IPCC emisiju faktorus. &Scaron;ie emisiju faktori pamat\u0101 balst\u0101s uz Francij\u0101 un V\u0101cij\u0101 veiktiem p\u0113t\u012bjumiem, ta\u010du &scaron;aj\u0101s valst\u012bs klimats un ar\u012b vides pies\u0101r\u0146ojuma l\u012bmenis at&scaron;\u0137iras no situ\u0101cijas Latvij\u0101, k\u0101 rezult\u0101t\u0101 emisijas no apsaimniekot\u0101m organisk\u0101m augsn\u0113m Latvij\u0101 &scaron;obr\u012bd ir iev\u0113rojami p\u0101rv\u0113rt\u0113tas.
